1. Scholarship Offers
1.1 Scholarship offers may be revoked if they were granted based on incorrect, incomplete or misleading information, if the recipient fails to actively engage in the program, in cases of misconduct, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the program administrators.
1.2 Scholarship offers that are not accepted in writing or through other means may be reallocated to another eligible applicant. Participants are not permitted to defer their scholarship offer or placement in the program.
2. Correspondence
2.1 All correspondence regarding applications, outcomes, and acceptances will be sent to the email address provided in the application. Applicants must notify the program team of any changes to their email address by contacting

2.2 All applicants will be notified of the final outcome. However, individual feedback will not be provided and the decision is final.
3. Conduct of Participants
3.1 Participants are expected to engage diligently with the program content and activities.
3.2 Participants must act respectfully toward facilitators, the program manager and fellow participants at all times.
3.3 The program is committed to inclusivity and welcomes women of all ethnicities, ages, races, religions, abilities, sexual orientations, communication styles, career paths, life experiences, educational backgrounds, geographic locations, income levels, and marital statuses. Participants are expected to contribute to and maintain an inclusive environment throughout the program.
3.4 Participants acknowledge that the program operates on a set schedule in a group setting, and facilitators may need to conclude discussions on specific topics to ensure the program stays on track.
4. Privacy
4.1 All personal information collected from participants will be handled and stored in accordance with the AgForce Training Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the program, participants consent to the terms of the AgForce Training Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All materials and content provided during the program are protected by copyright.
5.2 Participants may use the materials and content solely for their private, non-commercial purposes.
5.3 No part of the materials or content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted or republished in any form without prior permission.
6. Photograph, Video, and Social Media Consent
6.1 Participants are required to engage actively in program-related events and activities, including those for marketing and promotional purposes.
6.2 Photographs and videos may be taken throughout the program for use on social media and/or marketing materials. By attending program sessions, participants grant AgForce Training and its affiliates permission to capture and use their image, including their name, in marketing materials and on social media channels.
7. Program Withdrawal
7.1 Participants who choose to withdraw from the program must notify the Program Manager in writing at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled session.
7.2 Withdrawal from the program without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of any future program opportunities or scholarships.
7.3 Program resources and materials provided up to the point of withdrawal must not be shared, distributed or used beyond the participant’s private purposes.
8. Mentorship Disclaimer
8.1 All mentors engaged through the QWAL Program are either volunteers or external professionals who provide guidance and advice based on their personal expertise and experience. Their views do not necessarily reflect those of AgForce Training or any affiliates.
8.2 By participating in the program, you acknowledge that AgForce Training and the QWAL Program administrators bear no responsibility for any advice or guidance provided by individual mentors. Participants are solely responsible for evaluating, and where appropriate, seeking further professional advice regarding mentorship recommendations.
