PAUL ELDRIDGE

Paul is a highly entrepreneurial senior business leader. He has founded and cofounded more than 15 companies across 3 countries, including Australia, Singapore and Vietnam. Paul’s particular expertise is in education and training, with 15 years of online course development experience. He is currently the Director and Founder of Optivly, specialising in innovative 2D, 3D, VR, AR online learning solutions and Learning Management Systems.

SCOTT ROBINSON

Scott is a seasoned trainer, auditor and project manager with more than 30 years experience in the agriculture and meat processing industry. During that time he has trained over 4,000 meat workers and delivered the AWOSS (Animal welfare officer skillset) to stock handlers. Scott is largely hands on, with expertise in livestock, meat inspection, slaughtering, animal welfare, quality assurance and pest control.

ANDREW MOORE

Throughout his career Andrew has led a wide range of strategy, change and transformation projects across the meat processing, agribusiness, logistics, utilities and energy sectors. He also has extensive experience delivering accredited and non-accredited leadership, innovation and problem-solving programs and courses. Andrew is particularly passionate about developing leadership capability within the agricultural sector to effectively meet the growing demand for food and fibre.

KELLY OSTWALD

Kelly has a breadth of expertise working with regional and rural communities, particularly in the education sector. She has served on numerous committees including the Queensland Isolated Parents and Childrens Association (ICPA QLD), Farmsafe Australia and Scots PCG College board. She is deeply passionate about strengthening access to equable education and training in rural and remote areas.

MICHAEL GUERIN

Michael has been the Chief Executive Officer at AgForce for over five years. He is a leading Australian agribusiness CEO and Director with over 25 years of successful business leadership experience across public, private and not-for-profit sectors as well as domestic & international markets. Michael is a strong advocate for Australian agribusiness, international agricultural trade and regional and remote communities.

ROGER DESAILLY

Roger has over 25 years experience in business development, partnerships management and organisational leadership across the agribusiness, training, education, government and sport sectors. He has held a number of senior management positions including CEO of Beef Australia, Queensland Manager for Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC) and Manager of Education, Training and Industry Engagement for Queensland Agricultural Training Colleges.
