We are passionate about enabling individuals to build a strong career on the land, and helping producers and employers to upskill and retain their staff for a more productive and profitable business.

Mo is a seasoned agricultural trainer and manager with a strong foundation in livestock, machinery, and vocational education and training (VET).

Based in Malanda, Queensland, he has delivered VET programs since 1995 and is currently a Specialist Trainer at AgForce Training, where he develops and oversees training programs that comply with VET requirements.

Pat is a skilled educator and fourth-generation farmer who blends academic and practical agricultural expertise as a Trainer and Assessor at AgForce Training.

With a Bachelor of Physical Education and certifications like a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate II in Rural Operations, Pat brings a unique perspective to agribusiness education.

Bernie Witham is a seasoned agricultural trainer and contractor with extensive experience in chainsaw training, rural fencing, and maintenance.

Based in Toogoolawah, Queensland, Bernie has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the agricultural sector, specialising in chainsaw safety, rural fencing, and land management. His dedication to training and safety has led him to work with a variety of clients, including large agricultural companies and government agencies, throughout Queensland.

OPERATIONS

Charlton is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in supporting AgForce Training’s operational needs and ensuring seamless project delivery.

His background includes a diverse range of roles across remote regions in Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, Central Asia, and Africa.

Kylie is a fourth-generation agricultural producer with a lifelong connection to regional Australia, bringing firsthand experience from working with livestock and cropping into her training approach; she is passionate about supporting primary producers, developing the next generation of rural workers, and strengthening regional communities through practical, relevant, and industry-led training.

Kellyanne Ostwald has over 25 years of experience in the agricultural sector, with expertise in livestock, broadacre farming, management, and logistics. She is a dedicated advocate for rural and remote communities, particularly in education.

Paul is a highly entrepreneurial senior business leader. He has founded and cofounded more than 15 companies across 3 countries including Australia, Singapore and Vietnam. Paul’s first business was voted 53rd fastest growing company in Australia by BRW Magazine and went on to win numerous industry awards in the finance and banking sector.

Before joining the Response Group, Scott was a TAFE manager, where he built strong ties with MINTRAC, delivering the Australian Animal Welfare Officer Skill Set and conducted audits nationwide. He consults for multiple organisations, helping to establish and enhance training systems, securing training quotes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

An experienced growth oriented CEO and board adviser, Niki Ford has held roles as Chair of the Australian Food Network, Board Director of Ag Institute Australia and as CEO of Australian Organic Limited, where she gained experience in leading change, building strong teams and connecting deeply with members. She’s also worked as an Agriculture Consultative Industry Representative to the A-CCC. Niki is the Chief Executive Officer of AgForce Queensland Farmers.
